Why does this one have a length limit when the others do not?
Because reversing cannot be done as a stream. Every other tool here works through a clip from beginning to end, but the last frame of a reversed video is the first frame of its output — so the whole clip has to be decoded and held in memory before anything can be written. That memory is the browser’s, and it runs out.
